Empowering teachers and students for a brighter future.

The earth was my home, my best friend, and my sanctuary from early childhood growing up in New Zealand. My large family had virtually no trash to throw out. We lived frugally off my dad’s garden; everything had a purpose and little waste.

50 years ago, New Zealand grade schools were teaching trash and pollution solutions to my firstborn, Cris.  To him, it was exciting knowledge to be shared.

As I opened up spiritually over the years, I became more attuned to Mother Earth, pulling back into protecting, nurturing, understanding, and respect; trash took center stage along with plastics.  I picked up trash everywhere even on my relaxing beach days, along with volunteering around wildlife and my love of travel.

That's how Kenya took center stage, where there was an abundance of trash and plastic everywhere and I met Charles.   It was early Covid days in February 2020.

Kenya, migrating wildlife, savannahs, safaris, noble peoples, the Maasai Mari on the edge of the beautiful Serengeti, and Tanzania are all walking and living around trash and plastic.

The earth is awash with trash, and very few answers as to how to fix it. Kenya has a wonderful school system and curious excited children and then to meet Charles! Charles is a father relying on tourism to feed his wonderful family and volunteers in the school.

My whole life clicked into place.  I now knew how I could make a difference with the help of Charles.  Charles was the catalyst in Kenya along with education; schools with excited children leading the way, teaching parents in communities and in the marketplace around education

I return to the US and started planning with covid lockdown helping my imagination.  Charles was miles away in Kenya facilitating my imagination on WhatsApp.

The rest is history
