  • EDUCATION

We at Be Aware and Care have added much needed classes to many school curriculums to which we serve all things menstrual and the accompanying challenges.

  • AWARENESS

The awareness we bring in the schools we serve is priceless. After 4 plus years and counting. on average we teach 100 plus students yearly in 3rd grade and sometimes 4th grade, depending on what the individual schools want.

  • SOLUTIONS

With our teaching and outreach, the schools have found that we are the solution. We are constantly asked to add more schools, with each school being a yearly commitment. These classes impact families and communities wherever we teach. These classes keep girls in school and education keep them safe, and gives them choices for life.

  • DAYS FOR GIRLS

Be Aware and Care Coordinates with Days For Girls through the education and supplying the “Pad Kits”, which are sewn locally in Nairobi, we never have to rely on expensive shipping.

  • DEMONSTRATION

At Be Aware and Care we know demonstrations are a valuable part of educational learning. When instructors can enlist students to demonstrate how to properly wear the pads, the learning curve increases dramatically.

  • OUR FIRST SCHOOL

This was our very first school that our team at Be Aware and Care was able to educate in the Pad Program. It was a religious girl’s school which consisted of 132 4th grade students
